The Aztec Hotel & Spa
This project had to be turned around in a very short space of time due to it being the main reception area of the spa, so the client couldn't afford too much down time. The existing subfloor had failed due to moisture from the pool area which was identified during a site survey. In order to rectify the issue once the old flooring had been removed and we got the slab back to a solid base, we resealed the perimeter glass seals and applied a liquid damp proof membrane throughout the floor area. Next we applied 2 coats of Latex smoothing compound to bring the subfloor back to a smooth and solid surface ready to receive the new floor finish.
We then supplied and fit Amtico form LVT using an epoxy adhesive.
School drama hall
This project involved the supply and fit of over 350m2 of vinyl flooring to a school drama hall.
We uplifted the existing vinyl using our Wolff turbo stripping machine, then installed a full Tremco system consisting of a liquid applied epoxy damp proof membrane, latex smoothing compound, and then adhesive for the vinyl. The install was then finished with silicone to all perimeter edges.
Artificial grass Portishead
The lawn suffered from poor drainage and the grass would die. So we built in a French drain, stoned up the area and installed this 40mm artificial grass which has solved the issue and looks great!

Full subfloor prep work which included latex levelling screed for LVT areas and Underlay for carpeted areas.
